Platform setup

Day rate: €1,500 excl. tax / day
Implementation duration: 3 to 7 days

This engagement includes:

analysis of the TND structure and the available BIM data;
definition of control and performance indicators;
design of the analytical dashboards;
connection of data sources within Microsoft Power BI;
creation of reports and visualizations tailored to your business needs;
customization of the reports to your visual identity and internal processes;
testing, fine-tuning and go-live of the reporting platform.

02 · Pay-per-use IFC audits

Pay-per-use IFC audits

Once the infrastructure is in place, automated analysis of IFC models and the publication of associated Power BI reports are billed per IFC analyzed.

Unit cost per audited IFC model

€25 to €35 excl. tax

The analysis and publication cost includes:

automated processing of the model;
execution of the defined control rules;
generation of the compliance indicators;
feeding the Power BI dashboards;
publication of the results to the stakeholders.

The final per-IFC rate is confirmed at project kick-off based on the expected volume of models to be analyzed over the duration of the operation. This approach adapts the service cost to actual needs and optimizes the project's BIM control budget.
